Competition Format

First Round

All applicants are assessed based on their submitted Pitch Deck and optional Video Pitch. The top 12 teams representing Thai academic institutions are then invited to compete in the Thailand Competition, while the top 19 teams from ANY country are invited to compete in the Global Competition.

The winner of the Thailand Competition will be eligible to compete in the Global Competition as the 20th team, unless they have already been invited from the First Round. If that is the case, the team that placed below them in the Thailand Competition will be invited instead.
